Realstone Swiss Property plans capital increase
In order to support the growth of the real estate portfolio, the fund management of the Realstone Swiss Property (RSP) fund will carry out a capital increase of approximately CHF 54 million with subscription rights from June 29 to July 7, 2020.
For the further growth of the real estate portfolio, the fund management of Realstone Swiss Property (RSP) intends to carry out a capital increase with a subscription period from June 29 to July 7, 2020. The official trading of the subscription rights will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The detailed terms of this capital increase will be published on June 22, 2020, when the results for the 2019-2020 financial year will be announced.
The RSP real estate fund focuses on residential properties in Switzerland's urban centers and on adding properties to its portfolio. Currently, the portfolio consists of 68 properties with total assets of more than one billion CHF. According to the RSP fund management, eight residential properties were acquired for a total of 87.2 million in the last financial year.
In January, the fund had purchased six properties in western Switzerland. In addition, construction work had begun on two additional floors in Lausanne and four applications for building permits for densification projects in Meyrin (GE), Fribourg and Lausanne were at an advanced stage.
