ImmoVision1 AG with new projects

ImmoVision1 AG reports a return on equity of 8.0% for the 2019 financial year. The return results on the one hand from the high cash flow (property income) and on the other hand from a slight portfolio appreciation, says the real estate investment company managed by Markstein AG.

The upward revaluation was due to a continued decline in yields on the transaction market - triggered by the high demand for the asset class "Swiss real estate". ImmoVision1 AG's portfolio currently comprises around 400 apartments in multi-family buildings in German-speaking Switzerland. The majority of the properties are of a young technical age. Three new construction projects with a total of 64 apartments are currently underway. (bw)
