Successful capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK
Akara Funds AG has completed the sixth capital increase for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK. The fund will receive funds amounting to around CHF 135 million.

With the sixth capital increase of the real estate fund launched in October 2016, the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has raised funds of around CHF 135 million. The issue price was CHF 1,101 (net) per unit.
There are now 1,027,155 units in circulation, distributed among a total of 123 investors. According to the fund management company, the three largest investors hold around 40%, the five largest investors around 51% and the ten largest investors around 65%.
"The opportunity to invest in our fund met with great interest despite volatile market conditions," says Karl Theiler, CEO of Akara Funds AG. The fund's investor base has been expanded by 24 new investors.
The new shares will be paid out on June 26, 2020, and the inflow of funds will be invested in real estate assets and real estate projects throughout Switzerland as well as to reduce short-term debt. (bw)
