Fundamenta Investment Foundation terminates capital increase ahead of schedule
Due to a "gratifyingly high level of incoming subscriptions", the subscription period for its second capital increase has ended early, Fundamenta Investment Foundation announces.
According to a statement from the Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation, the target volume of CHF 100 million has been exceeded; the actual capital raised amounts to around 109 million. Subscriptions in this amount had been received by June 23, 2020. All investors will be allocated the subscribed amount without reductions.
The investment foundation intends to use the proceeds from the issue to further expand the portfolio of the Swiss Real Estate investment group. The investment group currently holds nine existing properties and one development project.
The Swiss Real Estate investment group invests directly in properties with residential and commercial use in Switzerland. The share of rental income from residential use is at least 60%. (ah)
