Mobimo: New Head of Portfolio and Transactions
Gerhard Demmelmair has been appointed as Mobimo's new Head of Portfolio and Transactions. According to the company, he is expected to take up his position at the beginning of 2021.
Gerhard Demmelmair (born 1971) has been Head Real Estate Portfolio Management at Swiss Life Asset Management since 2010. In this function, he is responsible for the portfolio management of the Swiss real estate funds and investment groups of the Swiss Life Investment Foundation, and is also a member of the Real Estate Switzerland Division Management. Previously, he worked for Nationale Suisse and pom+ Consulting.
Mobimo's Board of Directors has now appointed Demmelmair as Head of Portfolio and Transactions and member of the Executive Committee. He is expected to take up his position at Mobimo at the beginning of 2021 and will then be responsible for portfolio management, transactions, marketing and strategic facility management. Currently, CEO Daniel Ducrey leads the business unit. (ah)
