JLL evaluates further investment group of the IST Investment Foundation

According to JLL, the investment group comprises around 30 properties which are valued annually at market value. At the same time, the real estate service provider was again awarded the valuation contract for the IST Immobilien Schweiz Wohnen investment group with around 20 properties. The cooperation between IST and JLL has existed since 2015.

Head of the IST valuation mandate is Daniel Schneider, Senior Vice President at JLL Switzerland. The extension of the existing valuation mandate and the expansion of the mandate with an additional investment group is a vote of confidence that is greatly appreciated, he said. (ah)
