New Chairman of the Board of Fundamenta Group
On the Board of Fundamenta Group Holding AG, David Garcia, company founder and member of the Board of Directors, has again taken over as Chairman.
Fundamenta Group has announced a change in its Board of Directors. According to the company, the current Chairman Aris Prepoudis has left the Board of Directors by mutual agreement. The Board of Directors has appointed existing member David Garcia as his successor. David Garcia has already chaired the Board of Fundamenta Group Holding AG from 2007 to 2018. (bw)
