Realstone Swiss Property raises 54 million

According to the fund management company, Realstone Swiss Property's capital increase was fully subscribed. The real estate fund will receive around CHF 54 million.

According to the fund management company, all 428,023 units issued were subscribed as part of the capital increase. The transaction took place between June 29 and July 7, 2020 and was carried out on a "best effort" basis. The payment of the new units and their listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange is scheduled for July 14, 2020.

Realstone Swiss Property intends to use the issue proceeds in particular to realize densification and renovation projects. According to the fund management, construction work has already begun on two extensions in Lausanne and four densification projects in Meyrin (GE), Fribourg and Lausanne with a total value of 34.3 million are at an advanced stage of preparation.

The fund's portfolio comprises 68 properties with a focus on residential use; its total assets amount to more than CHF 1 billion. (ah)
