Swiss Life Fund completes capital increase
Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland has carried out a capital increase with a volume of CHF 86 million. The proceeds are earmarked for acquisitions.
According to Swiss Life Asset Managers, the maximum number of 70,227 units were issued at a price of CHF 1,240.62 per unit (including subscription fees) as part of the issue, which was carried out on a best-effort basis.
The issue proceeds are to be used to acquire a portfolio of five properties. According to the information provided, two properties are located in Zurich, two in St. Gallen and one in Montreux.
The net fund assets increase to around 921 million as a result of the issue, while the real estate portfolio is worth around 1.18 billion. (ah)
