Fresh money for Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties
Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties raised the maximum amount of EUR 70 million in its latest capital increase.

The capital increase carried out from June 29 to July 17, 2020 for Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties met with great interest and was oversubscribed, reports Swiss Life Asset Managers. With a subscription ratio of 6:1, the maximum number of 666,666 units was issued at a price of EUR 105.00 each.
This means that the fund will receive almost 70 million. The money is to be used for the acquisition of properties and the repayment of short-term debt financing.
Swiss Life REF (CH) European Properties currently holds 15 properties in nine European countries with a total market value of around EUR 508 million.
According to Swiss Life Asset Managers, the new units will be paid out on July 27, 2020, at which point 4.67 million fund units will be in circulation. (ah)
