Acron sells Aspa office properties

The real estate investment company Acron has sold two fully leased office properties of Acron Swiss Premium Assets (Aspa). A total of CHF 43 million will be distributed to investors.

Acron Swiss Premium Assets AG (Aspa) has from its portfolio the Portikon office building in Glattpark in Zurich-Opfikon and an office property in Zollikofen (BE), which is fully leased to T-Systems, sold.

According to the company, Aspa shareholders have realized an IRR of over 15% p.a. and total distributions of approximately 130% of the original investment - including divestment proceeds - since the investment's inception in 2017.

Aspa had Acron Helvetia III AG, whose investment property was the property in Bern, taken over as of January 1, 2018. Acron Helvetia VII AG, which held the Portikon office building, had merged with Aspa in 2017. (ah)
