Varia US Properties currently hardly affected by the pandemic
Varia US Properties is pleased with its fiscal year to date despite the Covid 19 pandemic. Rental income in July was 4% lower than budgeted.
Rental income for the month of July was 96% of budgeted income and 98.9% of March rental income, according to Varia US Properties. The company currently uses March as its benchmark.
Furthermore, the dividend is to be distributed as planned on August 12, 2020. An additional CHF 0.60 per share will be paid out for the
fiscal year 2019 and also the first quarterly dividend payment for fiscal year 2020 of CHF 0.50 per share will be made on that day. In total, shareholders will therefore receive CHF 1.10 per share.
Varia US Properties will publish its 2020 half-year results on August 27, 2020. (ah)
