New Board Member at Akara Real Estate
Akara Real Estate adds Felix Hegetschweiler to its board of directors. Hegetschweiler is currently managing director of Halter AG Renovations.
"We are pleased to welcome Felix Hegetschweiler to the Board of Directors of Akara Real Estate Management AG in order to use him and his complementary expertise to drive forward the strategic expansion of services in the area of development and realization," comments Board Chairman Jonathan van Gelder on the appointment.
Hegetschweiler (born in 1964) has been working in the real estate industry for around 30 years, focusing in particular on expertise in the development and realization of complex new construction and renovation projects. He is currently managing director of Halter AG Renovations. At the end of 2020, he will leave the company to concentrate on expanding his holdings, mandates and partnerships in the areas of general contractor/project development, real estate and building maintenance, Akara Real Estate announced.
