Privera: Generation change in the area of co-ownership community
Andreas Stöckler, Head of Co-Ownership at real estate service provider Privera, will retire in early summer 2021. He will be succeeded by Oliver Westermann.
Officially, Oliver Westermann will become the new Head of the Co-Owners' Association (MEG) division on July 1, 2021. However, he will join the unit as early as September 1, 2020, and will be prepared for his new role by Andreas Stöckler. In the summer of 2021, Stöckler will hand over the reins to Westermann and retire from Privera.
Andreas Stöckler is a founding and executive member of the real estate service provider and has headed the MEG division since 2015. Oliver Westermann most recently worked as an asset manager at Swisscanto Invest. He is a federally certified real estate trustee and has completed further training as a commercial real estate economist (IREBS/GCSC).
The MEG division will continue to report directly to CEO Dieter Sommer, but will no longer be represented on the Executive Board from summer 2021. (ah)
