Investment foundation 1291 raises 100 million
The 1291 Swiss Investment Foundation received CHF 100 million in new funds during the capital increase for its Real Estate Switzerland investment group.
According to 1291 Swiss Investment Foundation, the capital raising carried out in August was "extremely successful". The targeted volume of up to 100 million was heavily oversubscribed, and at the same time the investor base was significantly expanded.
The investment foundation intends to use the new funds to expand its real estate portfolio; it has "an attractive pipeline of acquisition properties," 1291 reports. (ah)
