Suisse Romande Property Fund increases portfolio value

Suisse Romande Property Fund (SRPF) reports an increase in both portfolio value and rental income for the first half of 2020.

The Suisse Romande Property Fund (SRPF) portfolio was valued at CHF 467.23 million at the end of the first half of 2020, compared with CHF 461.28 million at the end of 2019. The net asset value as at June 30 was CHF 300.83 million, which corresponds to CHF 112.09 per unit - an increase of CHF 1.3% compared with December 31, 2019.

The fund reported a profit of 3.09 million and an overall profit of 6.20 million. Rental income increased from 8.52 million in the previous year to 9.11 million. Expenses fell from 7.01 million to 6.65 million in the same period. The return on equity (ROE) and the return on investment are estimated at 4.18% and 2.09% respectively and the operating profit margin at 54.16%. (ah)
