Arlewo, Arag and Svito under one roof
Arlewo, Arag and Svito have been operating as independent real estate service companies in central Switzerland for decades. On January 1, 2021, the three companies will merge under the Arlewo umbrella.
Off to joint shores: The companies Arlewo AG (since 1968), Arag AG (since 1976) and Svito AG (since 1985), which have been active as independent real estate service providers in Central Switzerland for decades, will merge under the Arlewo umbrella on January 1, 2021.
Together, they could implement future challenges of the real estate market and achieve new potentials through synergies, the companies announced in a joint media release. Together, Arlewo will continue the tried and tested, positioning itself even more focused as a "digitally personal real estate team with dedicated expertise". For customers of Arag and Svito, the company name will change, but the people behind it will remain the same. Arlewo remains independent and owner-managed, with the three co-owners Silvio Camenzind (new), Thomas Peter and Thomas Winiger. (bw)
