FPRE: On course for expansion

Fahrländer Partner AG (FPRE), an independent consulting and research firm headquartered in Zurich and a provider of digital smart data and AI applications for real estate valuation and analysis, is expanding into Germany.

The research-based company, which provides data analytics and algorithm applications for the analysis and hedonic valuation of residential and commercial real estate, opened a branch office in Frankfurt am Main in August. The main target groups are private and institutional investors, project developers, real estate consultancies, asset managers as well as financial service providers, portfolio holders and the public sector.

At the heart of FPRE's services is the IMBAS real estate valuation and analysis system, a web application that combines statistical methodological expertise with the logic of the real estate industry. Using an algorithm, the tool condenses economic, demographic and real estate location and market data for every address in Germany, FPRE says. Users could simulate and cost-effectively perform address-specific valuations and analyses for condominiums, single- and multi-family homes, rental apartments, and office and retail space via interactive dashboards and based on their individual search profiles.
