Admicasa Holding takes over von Gunten Baumanagement

Admicasa Holding AG, listed on the Bern Stock Exchange, has acquired von Gunten Baumanagement AG, Zurich, a company founded in 2008 and specializing in construction management. The turnover of the company, which currently has ten employees, is around CHF 17 million, Admicasa says. The shares of von Gunten Baumanagement AG would be acquired by Admicasa Holding AG at 100%; the company would be fully consolidated. There is no information on the takeover price.

Admicasa further states that the acquisition of von Gunten Baumanagement AG is intended to expand its competencies in the specialized areas of construction activities. The deliberate vertical expansion of Admicasa's services is expected to have a positive impact on Admicasa, particularly in the areas of total contracting, planning, new buildings, renovations, etc., the company said.

"The deepening of the offering strengthens our competencies as a real estate service provider and creates additional synergies," says Admicasa CFO Christoph Bruhin. The new Admicasa subsidiary will continue to be managed by CEO Markus von Gunten and his team. (bw)
