Steiner Invest: Capital increase for investment group SDR
The Steiner Investment Foundation (Steiner Invest) is carrying out a capital increase for its Swiss Development Residential (SDR) investment group from 14 September.
This is the 13th issue that Steiner Invest is conducting for the investment group; it is expected to be in the range of CHF 80 to 150 million. New units can be subscribed between 14 September and 8 October 2020. Allotment is scheduled for 13 October and the first payment for 27 October.
The fresh capital will be used to acquire development projects and expand the investment group's portfolio, Steiner Invest announces. Since its launch in 2017, the investment foundation has acquired 36 projects; in the second and third quarters of this year, the SDR investment group invested in a development portfolio in Bern, among others.
