Par value repayment at SF Urban Properties

After the Annual General Meeting of SF Urban Properties AG resolved in June 2020 to reduce the capital by repaying the nominal value, the payout will now take place.

The Annual General Meeting had decided to carry out a capital reduction by repayment of par value of CHF 0.72 in cash per registered share of CHF 2.52 par value (voting share) and of CHF 3.60 in cash per registered share of CHF 12.60 par value. The payout will take place on September 17, 2020. As of September 15, the registered shares SF Urban Properties AG will be traded in the Standard for Real Estate Companies of the SIX Swiss Exchange with the new par value of CHF 9.00.

As a result of the measure, the share capital will be reduced from around 42.23 million to 30.17 million. It continues to consist of around 3.1 million voting shares and 2.7 million registered shares.

SF Urban Properties develops and manages existing properties and acquires real estate. Investments are made primarily in commercial and residential properties with development potential.
