Nova Property Fund Management announces another capital increase for Swiss Central City Real Estate in October 2020.
The fund management company Nova Property Fund Management AG intends to carry out another capital increase with subscription rights for the Swiss Central City Real Estate in October 2020. The proceeds from the issue are to be used for the further expansion of the high-quality real estate portfolio, the company says.
The subscription period is expected to run from October 14 to 12:00 noon on October 27, 2020. The fund management intends to announce the exact terms of the planned capital increase, such as volume, issue price and subscription ratio, shortly before the capital increase. (bw)
