BFW Real Estate: Delisting on October 2
October 1, 2020 will be the last trading day for the registered shares of BFW Liegenschaften. The delisting from the SIX Swiss Exchange will then take place on October 2.
As BFW Liegenschaften AG announces, the SIX Exchange Regulation has finally approved the delisting of the registered shares A from the SIX Swiss Exchange as of October 2, 2020 by decision of September 21, 2020.
Furthermore, the judgment of September 3, 2020, in which the Higher Court of the Canton of Thurgau declared all registered shares A of the real estate company not held directly or indirectly by BFW Holding to be invalid, is now legally binding. Affected shareholders are to receive - as announced in the public tender offer of November 29, 2019 - a cash compensation in the amount of CHF 44.25. (ah)
