Fresh money for the Raiffeisen Futura
Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds raised new money of around CHF 40 million in its capital increase.
In the issuance, 422,775 new units in the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund were issued at a price of CHF 95.04 net per unit certificate, with the payment taking place on September 17, 2020. The number of fund units in circulation now amounts to approximately 2.96 million.
The fund intends to use the new money to expand its real estate portfolio. (ah)
