Swisscanto fund collects almost 45 million
The Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Swiss Commercial raised CHF 44.9 million in its capital increase.
According to Swisscanto, the subscription rate for the issue was 100%. The new units could be subscribed at a price of CHF 104.53 per unit with a subscription ratio of 10:1. The new units will be paid out on September 23, 2020; there are now around 4.7 million fund units in circulation.
The capital increase has laid the foundation for continuing the growth course of the Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Swiss Commercial, the statement continues. The fund has an attractive investment pipeline with which the existing portfolio is to be expanded in line with the strategy. (ah)
