Swiss Life sells Hamburg office building to Zurich

Swiss Life Asset Managers sells the Neuer Dovenhof office and commercial building in Hamburg to Zurich Insurance Group.

The property, built in 1994 by architects Kleffel, Köhnholdt and Gundermann (now KPW Papay Warncke and Partner Architects), has a total area of 22,165 sqm. It consists of three structures grouped around a large atrium and has twelve upper floors and two basement levels. Neue Dovenhof is currently leased to 37 users, according to Swiss Life Asset Managers. (ah)
