HSO Fund to raise 27 million
The HSO Fund will carry out a capital increase in October 2020. With the proceeds of a maximum of CHF 27 million, the fund intends to acquire an investment property.

According to the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors, the capital increase of the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) will be carried out between October 19 and 29, 2020 and is expected to raise up to CHF 27 million. The proceeds of the issue are already earmarked for a "very attractive investment property" worth 42 million, it said.
A maximum of 250,000 new units will be issued at a price of CHF 107.50 net with a subscription ratio of 2:1. The issue will increase the number of fund units in circulation to up to 750,000. The new units will be paid on November 3. (ah)
