Immofonds seeks fresh money
Immofonds has announced a capital increase of around CHF 100 million for the beginning of October 2020.
Immofonds Asset Management AG intends to carry out a capital increase for Immofonds between October 7 and 16, 2020. A maximum of 292,629 new shares will be issued at a subscription price of CHF 352.00 net with a subscription ratio of 11:1. The issue thus has a total volume of up to CHF 103 million.
Immofonds intends to use the proceeds from the issue to upgrade its property portfolio and make new acquisitions.
The subscription rights are tradable on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The exact number of new shares to be issued will be determined after the end of the subscription period; the payment will take place on October 26, 2020.
