Epic Suisse cancels IPO
Epic Suisse will not go public on October 1 as planned. The real estate company is postponing its IPO.
"Due to market conditions", the decision was taken together with UBS as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner of the IPO to postpone the planned IPO, Epic Suisse AG announced.
The company will continue to monitor and evaluate the general market environment and the opportunities for a future IPO, it adds.
The first day of trading in Epic's shares was originally scheduled to be October 1, 2020. The real estate company had expected gross proceeds of around CHF 200 million from the IPO. (ah)
