The new 777 Capital Partners AG says it wants to give investors access to off-market deals in the innovative residential and commercial real estate segments. The investment focus is on properties with value-add potential in economically strong locations, it said. The properties are to be developed and upgraded using a value-add investment approach.

The changes brought about by Covid-19 will make for attractive transactions in the real estate sector, the founders of 777 Capital Partners are convinced. "The Corona crisis will put a lot of pressure on many market participants in the next year or two," Landschreiber says.

Thomas Landschreiber and Ralph Winter have worked together for many years. Among other things, they built up Cerberus Capital's real estate business in Germany and founded the investment manager Corestate Capital. Another founding member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of 777 Capital Partners is Micha Blattmann, who has also worked with the other two founders in the past - including as the long-standing Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Corestate Capital. Blattmann is a co-founder of Vicenda Asset Management, which focuses on alternative finance and private debt investments. He is also a member of the board of directors of M&G International Switzerland AG.

The 777 Capital Partners team works from Baar, Zurich and Frankfurt. (ah)
