Realstone and Solvalor want to merge
Fund management companies Realstone SA and Solvalor Fund Management have announced their intention to merge. The move is subject to FINMA approval.

Solvalor Fund Management SA and Realstone SA intend to merge by means of absorption of Realstone, the two companies announced. The new entity will be renamed Realstone SA.
From the merger, the companies expect an agile organization, increased efficiency and more simplification. After the merger, the Solvalor61, Realstone Swiss Property, Realstone Development Fund and Léman Fund will have the same fund management and will be managed by the same asset managers. The merger will not entail any costs for fund investors, Solvalor and Realstone emphasize.
The exact merger date has not yet been set. It will be announced after the necessary approvals have been obtained from the relevant authorities. (ah)
