HSL Fund seeks fresh money
Helvetica Property Investors' HSL Fund plans to raise up to CHF 92 million in a capital increase to acquire properties.

The fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG will carry out the capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Living (HSL) Fund between October 12 and 22, 2020. With a subscription ratio of 1:1, a maximum of 847,430 new units shall be issued; the issue price is CHF 108.24 net per unit.
