RICS Switzerland: New Board of Directors
The professional association RICS Switzerland has appointed a new board at its general assembly. The new president is Prof. Dr. Michael Trübestein.

With over 100,000 members worldwide, the RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is one of the most important associations in the real estate industry. In Switzerland, RICS has been an integral part of the real estate world for almost 20 years and is considered an important contact for business, politics and society.
During the General Assembly 2020 on September 30, a new board was elected: Prof. Dr. Michael Trübestein MRICS, head of the MScRE program at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, is the new president of RICS. Cédric Murillo-Buscarini MRICS, founder and CEO ReAIM, is deputy president and contact person for French-speaking Switzerland. The board is completed by Susanna Caravatti Felchlin MRICS, University Hospital Zurich and President of IFMA, Jelena Radovic MRICS, Real Estate Development at Implenia AG, and Yves Jeanrenaud MRICS, Partner at the law firm Schellenberg Wittmer.
Pierre Staempfli MRICS, Marie Seiler MRICS and Omar Zoppi MRICS leave the RICS Board after six years as planned. Furthermore, Mary Ann Reynolds FRICS as "Country Manager" is also leaving the RICS in Switzerland, which she has further developed with great dedication over the past 20 years; she will continue to be available to the association as a member in the future.
