Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland seeks fresh money
The real estate fund Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland intends to raise up to CHF 40 million through a capital increase. The proceeds are to be invested in ongoing projects and acquisitions.

The subscription period for the capital increase of the sustainable fund Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland runs from October 26 to November 23, 2020. Six existing shares entitle to subscribe to one new share at the issue price of CHF 104.25. In total, a maximum of 385,135 new shares will be issued.
The funds from the capital increase will be used to finance the fund's growth strategy, Sustainable Real Estate AG announced. Currently, several portfolio properties are being examined for acquisition.
Around 20 million is to be invested in the completion of three new construction projects in Thônex (GE), St. Gallen and Lutry (VD). (ah)
