New addition to the BoD of Helvetica Property Investors
The lawyer Theodor Härtsch from the law firm Walder Wyss has joined the Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Investors AG.

Theodor Härtsch (Swiss, born 1970) is lic. iur. attorney and partner at Walder Wyss Attorneys at Law. He heads the firm's Banking & Finance team in Zurich and advises banks and companies on financing matters.
He also advises on capital market transactions and public takeovers and specializes in corporate and stock exchange law compliance and regulatory issues. Furthermore, Härtsch assists his clients in the area of collective investment schemes in licensing procedures and distribution issues.
Härtsch has been appointed to the Board of Directors with immediate effect, the company announced on November 18. "With Theodor Härtsch, we are strengthening our Board of Directors with a proven legal expert and a strong, entrepreneurial personality," said Hans Ueli Keller, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
