Credit Suisse Asset Management participated in the ESG comparison test of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) with all 14 real estate investment vehicles from the Core/Core Plus (open-ended) segment and, according to the company, outperformed the market.

UBS Real Estate Switzerland's real estate investment products also took part in the GRESB sustainability benchmark, "achieving very good results across the board," according to UBS. In the area of existing properties, the products were awarded four and five stars, while in the rating for construction projects, all eight products received the top rating of five stars each.

The GRESB is a real estate-specific global sustainability platform that annually reviews and compares the ESG (environmental, social, governance) performance of real estate vehicles. (ah)
