Bonhôte-Immobilier plans capital increase
The real estate fund Bonhôte-Immobilier intends to issue new shares and thus increase its capital by around CHF 75 million.

The capital increase will take place from December 7 to 18, 2020, Bonhôte-Immobilier announces. The proceeds of up to CHF 75 million will be used to develop the real estate portfolio. Investments in new properties have already been secured, it adds.
The fund further said that in the first half of fiscal 2020/21 (ended Sept. 30), total assets increased to 1.035 billion. In the first half of the year, rental income increased by 4.75% to 26 million. In the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, 0.65% of total rental income was foregone. Net profit for the period reached nearly 11 million, up 6% year-on-year.
As of next year, Bonhôte-Immobilier will be transformed into a Société d'investissement à capital variable (SICAV). The Board of Directors of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV consists of Yves de Coulon (Chairman), Jean-Paul Jeckelmann (Vice-Chairman) and Géraldine Bosshart Brodard (Member).
