Mobimo: Changes in the Board of Directors
Sabrina Contratto is to be elected to the Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding at the Annual General Meeting at the end of March 2021. She will succeed Christoph Caviezel, who stepped down in April 2020.
Sabrina Contratto (born 1973) founded Cont-S GmbH in 2018, which develops strategies for cities and planners. Prior to that, the architect with further training in urban management was a partner and head of the architecture firm Baumschlager Eberle in Zurich for 17 years. Since 2019, Contratto has also held various directorships of private companies and teaches at the Architecture Workshop of the University of Applied Sciences East in St. Gallen. She is also a regular member of assessment committees for study commissions.
Contratto is to be elected to the Mobimo Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on March 30, 2021, and will take the place of Christoph Caviezel, who stepped down in April 2020, Mobimo says.
At the same time, Bernard Guillelmon will not stand for re-election after twelve years of service. In recent years, he has headed the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and, according to Chairman Peter Schaub, made a significant contribution to the integration of LO Holding Lausanne-Ouchy SA in 2009.
