1291: Capital increase in January

The Swiss investment foundation 1291 is conducting a capital raising with a target issue volume of around CHF 115 million in the period from January 4 to 29, 2021. Various very attractive acquisition properties are already in the pipeline, according to Nova Property Fund Management AG, the fund management company entrusted with the asset management of 1291. The additional funds will be used to continue the strategic growth in high-quality real estate.

Existing and new investors who are permitted to invest in tax-exempt investment foundations under Swiss law can participate in the capital increase. The payment is planned for February 5, 2021. (bw)
