Nova Property Fund Management appoints Sustainability Advisory Board
Katrin Mark is the new sustainability advisor at Nova Property Fund Management. With her appointment, the fund management company wants to give this area more emphasis.
Katrin Mark, MRICS, is a member of the Executive Board and Head of Real Estate Management at the consulting and research company Intep. She has many years of experience in sustainable construction and 2,000-watt site development; since 2011 she has been advising clients on the development of sustainability concepts for real estate projects and their management.
Founded in 1979, Intep - Integrale Planung GmbH is an interdisciplinary consulting and research company for environment, economy and society with locations in Switzerland, Germany, USA and China. For more than 40 years, Intep has been providing integral consulting and applied research services for sustainable development to private organizations and public institutions.
According to Nova Property Fund Management, with her election as sustainability advisor, the company intends to expand its expertise in the area of sustainability in order to lend weight to the sustainability strategy in its investments and the sustainability reporting planned for the portfolios under management in the future.
