Fresh money for Novavest Real Estate

Novavest Real Estate AG announces that the capital increase from the existing authorized capital could be successfully implemented in the planned issue volume. The official subscription rights trading took place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from November 30, 2020 to December 9, 2020. With a subscription ratio of 51:5, a total of 631,145 new registered shares were subscribed at a subscription price of CHF 41.70 per registered share by the end of the subscription period on December 11, 2020.

According to Novavest's management, the capital increase was met with great interest from institutional and private investors, enabling the company to expand its shareholder base once again. With the liquid funds of around CHF 26.3 million from the capital increase, the company intends to continue its growth strategy focused on residential real estate in Switzerland and expand its existing real estate portfolio.
