Merger of Solvalor and Realstone is perfect

The merger of the two fund management companies Solvalor Fund Management and Realstone has been approved by the financial supervisory authority Finma and entered in the commercial register.

The new company will operate under the name Realstone SA and, according to the company, will have a simplified and more agile organization. In this context, there will be changes at the management level, Realstone announces: Michael Kümin is leaving the board of directors, which is now composed of Yann Wermeille (chairman), Yvan Schmidt (vice chairman) and now Esteban Garcia (shareholder representative). The management of the merged company consists of CEO Julian Reymond and Alberto Simonato.

The new fund management company manages the Solvalor 61, Realstone Swiss Property, Realstone Development Fund and Léman Fund. (ah)
