SF Retail Properties Fund acquires
The SF Retail Properties Fund has acquired properties in Zollikofen (BE) and Marly (FR) with a market value of 16.1 million.

The seller of the property in Zollikofen is Migros, which is also a tenant in the property. According to SF Retail Properties Fund, the property is fully leased and has a WAULT of 9.4 years. In addition to Migros, Denner and a food service company have leased space.
In Marly, the fund has rounded out areas: The purchase reportedly includes the retail and restaurant spaces on the first floor, as well as parking spaces in the property's parking garage. The retail space is leased to a pharmacy, an optometrist and a café operator. The WAULT is 4.7 years.
Furthermore, the fund announces that a 600 sqm area in a property in Zizers (GR) has been leased to a fitness provider as of December 1, 2020. The lease agreement has been concluded for ten years and has an extension option of five years.
In a property in Bioggio (TI), the fund has newly leased an area of 400 sqm as of December 1, 2020. The tenant uses the space for logistics and services and is considering renting further commercial space, it says. (ah)
