Von Graffenried fund seeks fresh money

Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV intends to carry out the capital increase for the sub-fund GR Immobilien Schweiz. According to the private bank, new funds of around CHF 30 million are to be raised in January 2021. The proceeds from the issue are to be used to reduce the leverage ratio of currently 30.5%, to finance further acquisitions and the upcoming complete renovation of 96 apartments in Wabern.

The real estate fund invests in particular in properties in the Espace Mittelland region. Since its launch in March 2020, five residential developments with a total of 233 apartments in urban locations have been acquired with market values of 72.2 million. (ah)
