Swiss Central City fund invests in Berne and Geneva
The Swiss Central Real Estate Fund has purchased two residential properties in Berne and Geneva, thereby increasing the market value of the portfolio to over CHF 330 million.

As the fund management company Nova Property Fund Management has announced, it has acquired two properties in Bern and Geneva for the Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund with a total of 50 apartments and around 2,500 square meters of rentable residential space as well as commercial space of around 230 square meters. Both properties are fully let in attractive city locations, the statement continues.
With the acquisitions in Berne, the fund has also invested in the city of Berne for the first time. The residential quota now amounts to 47.3%, and the target rental income has increased to CHF 11.8 million. The market value of the real estate portfolio has risen to over 330 million. (ah)
