Capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK

Akara Funds AG announces a capital increase for the fund Akara Diversity PK in the new year. This is the eighth issue of the fund.

According to Akara, the capital increase is to be carried out at the end of the first quarter of 2021, with the payment scheduled for the second quarter. The fund intends to use the funds to continue investing in Swiss real estate assets and real estate projects with residential and commercial uses.

As of Nov. 30, 2020, Akara Diversity PK has acquired 16 properties with a fair value of about 207 million, more than half of which were residential (54%). Most of the properties are reportedly located in the Zurich region, followed by northwestern Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region.

With these acquisitions, the fund held a total of 116 properties with a market value of around 1.5 billion as of the end of November 2020. In December 2020, three additional properties with a market value of around 31 million were purchased. (ah)
