Capital increase for the Immo 56

Procimmo Fund Immo 56 is carrying out a capital increase of up to CHF 50 million. The subscription period runs from January 11 to February 2, 2021.

According to Procimmo, the issue of Immobilier-CH pour Institutionnels 56j (Immo 56) is intended to enable further real estate acquisitions and to realize development projects in the portfolio.

Up to 358,492 fund units will be issued at a price of CHF 154.80 net each (including issuing commission), whereby eleven existing fund units entitle the holder to subscribe to two new units.

During the subscription period from January 11 to February 2, there will be no subscription rights trading on an organized market, but the subscription rights can be traded in the custodian bank. The payment is scheduled for February 9.

According to Procimmo, the new shares will entitle the holders to dividends for the 2020/2021 financial year and subsequent financial years as of April 1, 2020. The aim is to pay a dividend of at least CHF 5 per share. (ah)
