QSREE acquires in Duisburg

The ICC Business Center was built in 2002 and has six upper floors and two basement floors. The office building is located near the main train station and borders the inner-city pedestrian zone. The leasable area comprises more than 16,000 sqm and is currently let to several companies, with one company from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia being the main tenant. The property also includes 232 parking spaces.

The seller is Credit Suisse, which had acquired the office building from Deka Immobilien in 2018.

With the acquisition, the QSREE portfolio now comprises 22 properties. The fund is a cooperation of Sustainable Real Estate AG and the Doric Group; the real estate assets currently amount to more than 400 million euros. (ah)
