The former professional soccer player Luca Ippoliti started his career in the real estate industry in 2004. At Privera, he held various positions - from property manager to team leader and, from 2014, branch manager. Now Wincasa has appointed him as Regional Manager of Property Management West. Ippoliti has a very large network in French-speaking Switzerland and speaks all three national languages fluently, which makes him "the ideal bridge builder between the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland," according to Wincasa.

From March 1, two of the four Wincasa branches in French-speaking Switzerland will also be under new management. Sabina Golac will take over as branch manager in Neuchâtel. The 36-year-old has held various management positions for more than 13 years, most recently as Real Estate Manager at Bâloise Asset Management.

Patrick Cordey takes over in Lausanne. Among other things, he holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management and Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management, and a degree in Business Administration. After holding various positions at Privera and Mobimo, he joined SBB in Lausanne in 2013, where he most recently headed the Investment Property Management department with 30 employees. (ah)
