Novavest: Daniel Ménard to become member of the board of directors

Novavest Real Estate nominates Daniel Ménard, founder and partner of the architecture firm Mépp, for election to the Board of Directors.

Architect Daniel Ménard (Swiss, born 1962) founded Mépp AG in Zurich in 2008 and is a partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the architecture firm. From 1993 to 2008, Ménard was a partner and Chairman of the Board of Werkhof AG, Zurich, and from 2000 to 2005 he was also a lecturer in construction organization and from 2009 to 2016 a lecturer in real estate economics at ETH Zurich.

The Board of Directors of Novavest Real Estate AG proposes the election of Ménard as a non-executive and independent member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2021. Chairman of the Board of Directors Gian Reto Lazzarini describes him as an "optimal addition to the existing Board of Directors" due to his extensive architectural and real estate experience. (ah)
